Hi Dom, I see you are starting to experience what I felt when I started posting articles , frustrating is it not. Take heart that over 850 souls have visited your topic, one of the reasons there are few constructive replies is few members probably have had limited experience with Barbets. As Colin has mentioned the other wed site, which I am also a member, the reactions are the exact same. Maybe try another topic if you can to spark some new interest as one article can become exhausted. Do not give up, I for one will reply if it covers my own bird knowledge. James.

Always good when you can get an egg out . Best to keep an eye on her though & perhaps increase amount of Calcium /D3 that she's getting

Thanks James, it surprises me few people have kept Bearded Barbets, they're great birds.
Will do Colin, I'll keep her in the house for a few days at least before returning her to the indoor flight.

Dom, I think the problem is that this thread has now become too long and multi subject. If you start a new topic it is easier to follow. I was very interested in your nest box building but it got overtaken somewhere. I've probably missed other bits a swell. Sorry.
