Hi,
I am considering buying a pair of Shama later this year with a view to try breeding these next year. I'm not sure if i currently have the right set up and wanted to check if they are suitable for a 12 x 7 x 6ft flight with a 6 x 4 indoor flight attached that they would share with a pair of Red Whiskered? Is this a definite no no as i am not sure if the cock Shama is likely to be aggressive when breeding? In which case i may need to look at conjuring up another flight and if i go for this option what size flight would be ideal for a pair of Shama?
Thanks
Mark

not kept shamas but I have a faint recollection that they need splitting out side of the breeding season but I could be wrong ! Hopefully somebody with better knowledge will reply

Thanks Colin, beautiful birds but i need to make sure in advance that i can provide them with the right environment before seriously considering purchasing a pair.
