You can order split aliminum with your initials on and also if you have two pairs of the same species you can order some for the second pairs chick with this years date but a different colour to what the year colour is. That has been helpful if you keep all of the chicks in the same aviary to selecting unrelated pairs.

I do have a other pair on eggs so fingers crossed.
