you need to contact DEFRA
www.gov.uk/government/organisations/anim...and-welfare-services
some of the paperwork will be changing & they should be able to supply correct info

You can get your papers from the bird sale and fill them in yourself .

make sure you have paperwork especially for native european species the French border controls have been confiscating birds.
